Q: What does factory refurbished/recertified mean?

A: Because we frequently carry a wide variety of remanufactured PCs and televisions, many times we are asked about the condition of these products. Factory refurbished systems are remanufactured to meet same standards set for a new PC or television. Most show very little signs of wear and tear, as a great number of remanufactured products are newer systems diagnosed after a customer returns their product before it was ever used. Q: What about shipping? How can I track my order?

A: Standard shipping for all orders is via FedEx ground, SpeeDee Shipping or U.S. Mail services. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge. Once an order is placed, your item is assigned a tracking number and you can begin tracking your item by the end of the business day.

Q: I am having problems with my credit card order. What's going on?

A: The most common problem occurs when there is a different Bill To / Ship To Address. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you have nothing to worry about. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.

1.Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card).

2. Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.

3. Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).

Q: Am I charged Sales Tax?

A: By law we are required to collect 6% sales tax for items shipped to addresses located in South Dakota and 7% Sales Tax for items shipped to addresses located in Nebraska
