No, BrownBox is a retail website that sells extended warranties on behalf of Consumer Priority Services. CPS manufactures all of the warranties that we sell, and they are responsible for all registrations and service calls.
How do I find a repair center near me?
CPS uses service centers that have been approved by the manufacturer of the item needing repair. In almost all cases there will be an approved service center in your area.
